Seeing Mom’s house remodeled was amazing!

We had a house in Waco that my sister and I grew up in and after our mom’s passing we were given the house. We WERE so excited with the idea of having a piece of our childhood for us to keep for the rest of our lives. Well, we found out that over the years the house needed a lot of work and the property taxes kept increasing. After Rose and I played landlord for 2 years and several evictions we realized that it was time to let our house go. We found Matt via a google search and let me tell you it was a God Send. Matt, honestly was the most honest businessman we have ever dealt with. When he showed up he was with his three kids and I remember his boy telling us – dad says telling the truth is the best sales method. Matt laughed and said they hear that a lot. Well his son was right because Matt outlined exactly how he came up with the offer – which was actually higher than what Rose said we would get! Matt told us to not make a decision there and said he would call us in a three days. We called Matt back that day and signed a contract – which he brought to us! He paid all the taxes, closing costs. On top of that, Matt kept in contact with us and when he was done remodeling the property he let us come see our family home! It was just so neat to see it back to the way we remembered it! I am still confused on why he calls himself Rudolph, but trust me, Matt will treat you just as he says – honestly! Thanks Rudolph!
